Hello all referees, The June Monthly meeting which had been rescheduled to July 1 in Kempsey has been CANCELLED. This is due to the large number of catch up matches making it difficult for referees to attend. Please note that the NEXT MEETING will now be on JULY 29th at KEMPSEY RSL. All referees are expected to attend these meetings. If you can not make it, please submit an apology. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact

Could ALL REFEREES please do the following 3 things as soon as possible. These will all help with making appointments and communication much more efficient. All emails can be sent to

1) If you play Friday nights and are also able/willing to referee, could you pleasesend an email advising of your teams FULL NAME so we can match up your appointments with where you are playing. Please note simply 'Wauchope YD1' is not enough as often there are more than one team from a club in a certain age group. 2) Please send an email from your email to the above address. I am creating a mass email list so I can email out important announcements and reminders to all members at once. 3) Make sure your phone contact details in your profile are correct. Your profile appears in the member list and is a useful tool for referees to organise lifts and group travel to matches. Thankyou. |

*** ALL REFEREES *** IMPORTANT *** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY If your game starts on time but for any reason is delayed (injury, ambulance, power cut off, etc) DO NOT extend the finishing time. If an interruption occurs early in the game or if rain occurs, referee and coaches should discuss the situation and BOTH HALVES of the game should be shortened equally. e.g. if the first half is shortened by 5 minutes, the second half should also be shortened by 5 minutes. Refer to Laws of the Game Law 7 “Duration of the Match”. The next match MUST start at the advertised time. |
